Thank you , dick. Your kind words are most appreciated. You've been posting some really nice stuff yourself, lately. ( as well as the others that didn't realize what they were getting into with the 365 day ) I was going to do it, but knew i wouldn't last.

It can be tough for sure.
Many have asked. Does a scope and lens really help? Heck yes it does!! I miss a lot more accurately now.

Cant tell if #5 is what looks like ears, in the shadows, behind the middle two. Or the eye that's a little behind, and lower than, the one laying down in the brush.

I won't be home later, so thought I'd post it up now. Hopefully I got it correct. The one on the far right was the toughest to spot.

I guess click to see fullsize. Not sure why it did fully load. Now the circles are hard to see.

That's what I first thought for #5, but look real close ,zoom way in, I think it's the light coming through the brush that looks like an ear. Look at the circle you drew around #4 (bedded deer). At about 4:00, just outside the circle, there's another eye and ear of another bedded deer.

You guy's got it, there is one bedded on either side of the pine base.

Good observation 25, i alway try to shoot eye level or a little lower, than my subject, when i can. (i was only a couple feet above the water level) Just gives a more pleasing image.

Why it is so hard to sneek up on a whitetail. Wind was blowing left to right. I think they had 'all' the angles covered.................
