    Nikon customer service sucks!!!!!

    After having a focusing problem and sending my dads Monarch's in to be fix he got the back with the focus problem fixed but check out the thread or whatever it is hanging down in the top left hand corner. Also they didnt fix all the emblems that had fallen off.

    Get you a pair of Vortex glass and you wont have that problem.

    I see nothing wrong with this customer service except for the original OP just wanting to stirr the pot.

    I wouldn't judge CS based on one response from a prostaff or from 1 customer. We don't know much of the back story so it is hard to make a decision.

    Agree Jon, A buddy told me about this post and I thought, maybe I can help! Pretty simple, If somene has an issue with one of our products and wants to return it, I will do my best to make it easy and walk them thru
    what they need to do. That is all I am doing here. To me it doesn't matter what his back story is,he has an item or ours that needs work, I want to help make sure he is satisified. Same for everyone I come across.
    Fortunately this is a rare occurance.
