I was going to add these to the home shop thread, but I have a TON of pics...so here they go!

Mind you - this spring - it is ALL coming out and redone as I am going to do the walls with sheetrock or wood of some sort...

This is what I started with when we bought the house 8 years ago;

The orange safety release is slick - 8 bucks from lancasters...will NOT let you slip and dry fire..and it is perfect as if it were my thumb trigger release!:thumbs_up

I guess if that's all the stuff you have it looks good in that corner. ;)

LOL...yup...I'm building it back up...LOL

Still need to pick up a press this spring...a buddy is making me a draw board...need a chrono...etc..

ALL of my hunting stuff is in a closet under the basmeent stairs..

I'm a bow-equipment horder, luckily they don't have a reality TV show for "my kind" yet. I still have all three bow presses I've had since about '83 and never throw out old arrows.

See I am just the opposite - I'm a flipper! LOL....I am TRYING to start accumulating...I am tired of buying the SAME things every time I need one...plus - arrows are expensive to ship so I definitly keep them...just need some more bows...LOL

Lol who stole your press fingers?

#12 ·
Hell yeah! I love it! The deerskin and the recurve give me a great idea too! Thanks!

And that Goose is a monsta!

#13 ·
LOL yea my taxidermist said its the biggest goose he ever mounted.

Both rooms look awesome guys!! It sure makes it nice to be able to do everything for yourself!! Great job!

Dan, What the hell happened to the hot chick calendar from the first pic? Your room went down hill fast when you lost that. On a lighter note you could use some more PSE stuff! Of course I don't know how you top that Pete Shepley autographed hat!!!

#16 ·
LOL..that hat is the highlight of the shop!

And that was a Jessica Simpson calender from 200o something! LOL

I COULD use a nice PSE banner...hint hint....I tried to get one from the girls this past weekend,,but they are TOUGH! LOL

You still holdin on to that old black and silver HF6 I see!!!! It still doesnt look as good as the orange one did!!!

#18 ·
Gonna be spray painted black for turkeys soon!

#21 ·
Hell no!

I will openly admit that while it is nice to do small things, there is NO subsitute for a well trained professional bow tech!

And yes - the HF is awesome, but the more I shoot the newer PSE's...they are heads and shoulders above the HF!

Haha I don't know why but I take them off and keep them in the draw below the press. I really have know idea why lol.

Looks like some TR Crush 400's in the rack ? , if ya decide ya don't want or need them let me know ..

Nice set up

Beautiful shop Dan!

Yes it is and no its not sanded. I wanted the rustic look for my hunting room and I am very happy the way it came out.

Nice stuff Dan! I can't put any pictures up right now, mine is VERY unorganized at the moment. However, I also have the same hat, with Pete's autograph, along with Spook, the Krueters, Cuz, several others. I'll have to spruce it up and put a couple of photos up.
