    Mid_State Archers Traditional Rendezvous
    July 13th, 14th and 15th 2012

    *30 3-d target competition range
    *10 target kids range
    *3-4 practice ranges
    *Approx. 100 3-d targets
    *Blanket Swap (rain or shine, Saturday 5-8pm)
    *Novelty shoots
    *Coon shoot Saturday night at dark. Bring flashlight (no larger than 3 cell)
    *Food and Concessions: provide by Sutton Vol. Fire Dept.

    Holly Gray Park
    401 Holly Gray Dr.
    Sutton, WV 26601

    Registration Times:
    Friday and Saturday 9am - 5pm
    Sunday 9am - 1pm

    Shooting fees:
    Kids 12 and under shoot free
    $15 for one day shooting
    $35 for all ranges AND competition range in different classes (for all three days)
    $50 for family (living in same household)

    Vendors welcome - no charge for set-up (some indoor space available)

    ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL

    Free primitive camping
    Sites with water and electricity hookups are $10 per night. Reserve payment is required!

    Directions to:
    Take exit 67 (Flatwoods exit) turn right at light, go 1/10 of a mile and turn left onto Days Drive, go 1 and 1/10 mile to stop sign and turn right onto RT.15, go 1 mile to Holly Gray Park.
    Look for sign at the park entrance that reads "Holly Gray Park"

    The shooting starts this Friday at 9 am.

    Also there will be a Church Service Sponsored by Christian Bowhunter’s of America Sunday at 8am.

    The weather looks pretty good for this weekend, we may have some scattered showers but at least it is going to cool off a little.
    We did have a lot of trees blow down during the storm but we either cleared them or will work around them when setting targets.
    Do not forget the Church service on Sunday 7/15 at 8 am.
    I hope see alot of you guys this weekend.
