    Kuddo's to Lancaster Archery

In an earlier post called "good day ruined", I mentioned a nock situation that I had with my new arrows. I got a private message on this website from John and they are going to send me a dozen of the correct nocks tomorrow. NOW THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I knew I didn't throw them under the bus for a reason.
Thanks John and thank you Lancaster Archery. You now have a customer for life.

    Great service!

The only issue I have had with them is a screw for Scott swept back trigger was missing. Not a huge deal but LAS sent another one with my next order no questions asked. Others would have accused me of loosing it or told me to go buy one myself.

John at Tradtech/LAS hooked me up with some heavy bow components and chased down pieces over several hours. He got it right and I am very pleased with my setup.

John is a fantastic rep for the sport and of course LAS

I try to introuduce as many kids to archery as I can

Last weekend 2 little girls that attend school with mine where over and they leaned to shoot a bow.

By Wednesday they had here dad convinced that for Easter they wanted bows. John on short notice made sure they did

    Thanks John

I figured that might happen. They want our business and what better way to get the word out than good CS!

Business as usual for the LAS folks. They are the best in the business.

I dont think you threw them under the bus at all. I have been dealing with them since they opened and John and his crew are great folks. Mistakes do happen and its what happens after that, that will make you come back or not....

You're right. Mistakes do happens, that's a fact. What really matters is how it's handled after that and LAS gets an A+ in that respect.

I'm glad Lancaster Archery is 88 miles from me. When it came time for me to purchase a fletching jig, they took it out of the packaging, put in an arrow and showed me how to make the adjustments. I have a running list in their catalog for my next trip.

I got my nocks today and putting my feathers on tonight. John must have overnighted them to me. Fantastic. Now if I can just keep from bending my new aluminum arrows

If you shoot as loose as I do, you won't have to worry about banging arrows together and bending them.....

The only time my arrows make contact with each other is in the quiver...
