    Hello from California

    Hi all.

I'm currently living in Los Angeles and have been wanting to get into archery for about 2 years now. I hope to get a lot of good information out of this forum

Why worry? If you worry - you die. If you don't worry - you'll still die. So why worry?

    Thanks guys.

I assume this has already been asked somewhere on this site, but I can't seem to find it. Is it better to start on a recurve or compound? What are the benefits of each? Pretty simple I can imagine, but I know pretty much nothing about archery yet.
