What movies would you like to see made

Sticshooters post on movies we want to see was a fun one. It got me thinking on what I'd like to see made into a movie, for me i'd like to see a couple of big budget movies made, JASON AND THE ARGONOUTS and the other i'd love to see made would be about Queen Boudica of the Iceni tribe fighting the Roman occupation in my country, what about you folks.

Played by Kim Kardashian I would hope? Especially the part of her run through old London naked?

Seriously though, I would love to see an ACCURATE and TO THE FACTS movie on the Navajo displacement, a computer animated of Jabberwocky, a retelling of the complete Battle of the Bulge including Malmady, the post fight at Metz and a few other items.

Something about Open Range that makes it one of my favourite westerns. I had Angelina Jolie up for Queen Boudica.

    Too skinny.

Boudica was a meaty sort if me remembers well.

    And better looking.

I'd like to see one of the sharpe's rifle series made into a movie. The Napoleonic battles were epic in proportion--so large I have a hard time imagining them. But with current computer effects large digital battle scenes are now possible.

The tv versions of the sharpe's series never really did it for me, Sean Bean notwithstanding. Due to small budgets the tv shows felt small and cramped. I'd like to see the series have the scope of the books.

I'd like to see a documentary made by a third party exposing government corruption and explaining where our money REALLY goes. Aside from that, I don't read anything other than college textbooks, and there ain't no movie I'd like to see made from any of them!

I was actually thinking about this today. I'd love to see a movie made about Noah and the Ark. It has always bothered me that people think its such a cute theme for baby and kids' bedrooms. You may as well do a zombie apocolypse theme. I think a graphic, brutal film about how that really would have played out would be a nice splash of water in the face for some of these people.

I think Mel Gibson could do it justice. No violence is too much for him in glorifying god. I'm sure he'd be happy to do closeups of dead mothers and babies floating in the floodwaters, all as Noah and his family refuse to help any of them, but, instead, hold all the space in the ark for animals not people. I guess Noah was really the per-cursor to PETA.

I would love to see a "Ten Commandments" remake, staring Warbow as Moses and hayman as Aaron.

I'd like to see a remake of Oh God!

    George Burns = Christopher Walken
    John Denver = Russell Brand
    Teri Garr = Zooey Deschanel

Cast Russell as a stage production manager at a Las Vegas Casino and Deschanel as a Pediatrician. The script would write itself I tells ya'

Quite enjoyed the Sharpe series but i know what you mean, the budget made them look like minor skirmishes, the armourer to that series used to visit my gun club to give talks on that war along with the weapons of the time, i always remember the Knock volley rifle that Harper used and the Baker rifle of the series, just wished Perdersoli would make the copy of those guns.

Yeah, you never get a sense of a massive war in the tv show, and Harper in the tv show wasn't nearly big enough. They need to get that guy who played Little John in the recent Robin Hood movie.
