    Approval on the Martin forum

How long does it take to be able to post on the martin forum. I registered three weeks ago and cant post yet.
I bought a 2011 Martin exile and it came with f1-f6 draw adjustment cams. Do they make a f7 cam?

The Martin Exile is available with draw lengths from 25-30 inches.

    Soooo,
    if F-1 = 25-inches

    then,

    F-2 = could be 26-inches

    F-3 = could be 27-inches

    F-4 = could be 28-inches

    F-5 = could be 29-inches

    F-6 = could be 30-inches

If you need a 31-inch draw length,
    then, you could try:

    a) ADDING twists to the buss cable...

    and

    b) REMOVING twists in the bowstring

    and

    c) use a LONGER d-loop.

I'm using the f6 cam and it feels short. My old bow (pse nova) had a 29" draw length and with this bow I have to bend my bow arm

Bow may not be adjusted correctly...bow may be out of spec.

    So,
you KNOW you gotta post up a head to toe photo.

    right?

Aim the arrow at a bullseye at YOUR collar bone height.

Have the photographer the SAME distance away from the target.
If you are 10 feet from the target,
the photographer must also be 10 feet from the target,
    directly opposite you.

I believe the f-6 mod would be 29"dl on the Exile and yes - there is an f-7 mod.
Also - there should be 2 string pegs on the cam that allow for 1/2" adjustments to the dl.
I'll see if I can get a bit more help from some Exile owners.
