You guys are making me feel lazy. I just wasn't feeling it today - spent 30 minutes on the treadmill at 10% incline and called it quits.

    LEGS DAY!

Pain… Agony… Nausea… Possible vomiting. No, I am not describing symptoms of the flu. I’m describing the feeling after you do a legit leg workout. Everyone experiences it, but only a few wanna feel it again. I see so called guys lifting that have huge arms, a big chest, wide back and shoulders, but stick-figure legs. What has happened to our culture? What happened to training legs hard to develop the total package?

Nowadays it seems like a lost art to most. It seems like more and more so-called muscle heads only focus on their upper body and not on their legs. I call it the “Jersey Shore” body. You wanna walk around with your shirt off in a club wearing a pair of skinny jeans, that’s fine by me but don’t blame anyone when you get your ass handed to you.

Yesterday was leg day. I hate leg day. I wouldn't mind it if my knees didn't creak everytime I moved them during an exercise. It's almost sickening to listen to.

I agree, most all people talk about is there upper body. Legs are the foundation and should not be forgotten but usually are. Especially calves nobody ever does calves I don't blame them though because they burn so much.

AKA: Bar Body , I'm trying to improve myself in those areas by focusing more on DL and Squat...My #'s in the big 3 are all really close which sucks...I have really tight hamstrings that pull on my knees and lower back, not making it any easier.
    Pull, Push, Run...
