    Strikes me as funny that my mountain bikes wheels are only a half inch shorter than my 29.5" draw length...

    An 8 ft x 2 ft piece of granite weighs about 300 lbs and I install 3 kitchens a day. I guess I workout a lot. Lol. Ouch my back

    I work out every day.

    Last night:

    1. 25 mins of cardio on the stationary bike
    2. Stretching
    3. Butterfly press - 4 sets, 10 reps each
    4 Chest press - 4 sets, 10 reps each
    5. Shoulder press - 4 sets, 10 reps each
    6. Lateral raises - 4 sets, 10 reps each
    7. Bicep curls - 4 sets, 10 reps each
    8. Seated rows - 4 sets, 10 reps each
    9. Cruches - 4 sets, 10 reps each
    10. Leg raises - 4 sets, 10 reps each
    11. "Bow Trainer" - 4 sets, 10 reps each

    Tonight:

    1. 30 mins of cardio on the stationary bike


    I resistence train with cardio warm-ups on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I do cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Saturday I rest so I can coach and "recover." Sundays I work on my shooting.
