    Just started the Hypertrophy II phase in NROL. Yesterday was deadlifts, lunges, step-ups. Today I am doing some cardio. Tomorrow is chin ups, shoulders, arms.

    Cardio day. Stair Master for 20 minutes, cycling for 25 minutes. Tomorrow is chest/back day.

    3 rounds, pretty brisk pace:
    Bench press
    abs
    pull ups
    squat cleans
    hammer curls
    back extensions


    Probably pullups to start followed by a run with burpees, pushups, and abs along the way tomorrow.

    Today was my one day a week "pretty" muscle work out. Chest, Biceps, Abs, and cardio. tomorrow my favorite Legs!

    Nothin today for me... Just one of those days where the star's wont align...
    Strikes me as funny that my mountain bikes wheels are only a half inch shorter than my 29.5" draw length...

    Typical circuit working most of the body followed by a short run. Tomorrow is pullups and pushups, then lunges with a 45 lbs plate overhead and burpees. Probably work a short run to loosen the legs and something abdominal.

    50 min on elliptical at resistance of 6 and 125 lb curls 3 sets of 10 ,140 lbs triceps extensions, 100 lb hammer curls ,140 lb lat pull down ,180lb low row and 300 various ab work outs some weighted some reverse some oblique ones with medicine ball .
