    Anyone doing crossfit or comparable workouts? My brother in law did Insanity for about 2 1/2 months said it was effective at trimming body fat. Occasionally use a P90X video like the ab ripper or something like that for a change of pace.

    Cardio today, 30 minutes hard on a treadmill. I hate treadmills, man I can't wait til spring.

    Nope. Figured a rest day couldn't hurt, and I was a wuss with the ridiculous temps in the NE right now. I'll get something in tomorrow after the rally at the Capitol building tomorrow.

    Typical circuit. Pull-ups, bench, overhead press (need to get better/stronger with these), and various abdominal movements. 40* is decent in the garage with the teens and single digits temps outside.

    Nope. Got five stitches in my hand and with part of the cut on a tendon, it's immobilized for at least a week. Looks ill be limited to running, abs, and stuff without weights.

    Warmed up with miofascial release/dynamic stretching/18" box jumps
    10x5 Front Squat @ 235 (74% of my max)
    Tabata Run/Row/Step with weighted sit-ups in between.

    Yesterday was back and shoulders. Today is a cardio session. Yes, trucker, that would be a workout! Those of us that sit on our fannies all day would be sore after doing that for a shift.
