Started a new program from Ben Pulkaski program this morning. Amazing the results one can get by reducing the weight lifted but keeping tension throughout the entire range of motion.

Ran 4 miles tonight before dinner, the last one was in the pouring rain which felt awesome. I haven't ran in the rain for years, always a trip!

Some kettlebell long cycle training for a few sets, then worked on one arm pushups, wide grip pullups, and Turkish get-ups for a while before finishing with some hill sprints.

Yesterday was deadlift 6-3-6, 4X12 pull ups, 4X8 closed grip bench, and finished with a set of high rep dumbbell curls.

ran 2 miles, 400 core reps, incline sprints up a 40 foot flight of stairs, swam for 10 mins, steam room for 5 mins...now its time to rest the body and celebrate independence day

I found a park close by that has all kinds of calisthenic bars and equipment. Been hitting
the pull ups and running outdoors. Free gym

Swam .9 miles then did a shirt time trial on Friday. Did a 50 miler on Saturday on 2 1/2 hours of sleep. Best ride I've had in a while

Finally got back to the gym today! Takes me a couple days to get home from Saudi Arabia and a day to get my bearings. Pounded out Bi's, Tri's and Quad's.

Took in an extra workout last night. Pulled two large bushes from the yard and chopped up the root balls with the maul. Yoga today and p-bar training tonight.

Hit a PR for consecutive push-ups over the weekend and my pull-up numbers are increasing. Today was pullups, pushups, leg raises, bar dips, Austalian pull ups, and air squats. 3 cycles. Then a quick set of planks. Kayaking and parallette work tonight.
