What Kind of Bow Was That Girl Using in the "Blade Trinity" movie?
Just wondering what bow that girl was shooting in the "Blade Trinity" movie. I know it was a movie and it may have been some kind of prop, but it looked like it had parralel limbs. Come on I know there has to be some BowHead out there who knows this.

The truth is they probably got it from a pro shop and paid a few thousand dollars for it to have the shop owner spray paint it black. Heres a good example - a production company paid my parents almost 700 dollars to remove a bunch of ivy that had taken over an old flower bed - nice get paid to have someone do your weeding

Interesting to note that she is a finger shooter.

This bow was specially built for the job. I believe there were a few made including the fold out version etc.
This was a specially built bow for her to use for the movie. I believe it was only around the 25lb mark.
There is heaps on the forum about this a year ago.

Yeah, on the intrviews she sais she shot for 4 hours a day to keep into shape and learn how to shoot well. And YES she did shout out the lens of a $30,000 camera on the set. But insurance payed for it

ummm..........not being too picky here, but 30k is a cheap camera by industry standards, I think you left a 0 off the end of that number. The film cams being used by the movie industry start around 250k, and the lenses run around 45k alone.

Must have sucked to be the camera guy when she shot the lens out.
For a date I'd forgive her, though

as bad as that movie was, they should have quit production when she shot out that lense.......let her keep the bow and told Snipes and Kris to retire! That movie was horrible, but boy did she look good shootin' that bow........
