W&W Winex or Hoyt Horizon Pro?

Need some help picking one, I don't know if the horizon pro is worth the extra money or if the Winex would be better. I've gotten to hold them and both feel good but I still can't decide.

Winex. 10 times out of 10.

It is a proper, high-end riser with fairly reasonable price and is proven at the very highest level. Horizon pro is a low level riser which have been spruced up a bit to compete in higher price bracket.

I'd have to agree with Zal. If I were buying one of those two risers, the Winex would be my first choice. That's what I'm planning to get when I upgrade.

I don't care for the design of Winex but..I'd say get a Winex.

I'd narrowly put Winex over Horizon Pro. I disagree that the Horizon Pro is a low level riser. I consider it upper intermediate. But I would put Winex as lower advanced. I personally think the Horizon Pro is more beautiful, but the Winex is proven to be the better contender.

To the OP: can you post a few reasons why you would choose one over the other? Maybe a pro/con list for each?

Winex. It's a pretty legendary riser that's been used to shoot world class scores. You'll never need to replace it.

    Horizon will leave you wanting.

Thank you all for your opinions, I was already leaning towards the winex but I wanted to make sure it was the best choice.

W&W Winex or Hoyt Horizon Pro?

Winex for sure. Wish I could get my hands on one. I hear they're discontinued?

Winex. The Horizon pro doesnt justify that price. I shoot a Horizon, and the pro doesnt justify the $399 price tag for a new paint job (anno vs powdercoat), $50 limb bolts and a new grip.
