    Thumb release hand position.

Do you shoot with your palm to your cheek (thumb up toward the top of your head) or the back of your hand to your cheek (thumb down toward your body)?

How did you choose the hand position? Comfort, accuracy, or ?

Thumb down, thumb up would put your hand further from your face but I have no doubt that some would shoot thumb up. In archery its 'whatever works best for you'.

X2 but I have tried thumb up and was not comfortable with it.
I shoot bows. All kinds of bows.

My opinions are MY OPINIONS. Take them for what they are worth.

    Thumb release hand position.

I shoot my TRU Ball Boss X with my palm out (back of hand to cheek). With the 360* rotating head, it allows me to get this anchor position. It is really comfortable to me and allows me to be really consistent (thus increasing accuracy). The hand anchoring position along with the awesome features that the release offers, gives me the best possible chance of being as accurate as possible every time I shoot an arrow. TRU Ball makes some great products that help shooters shoot better. Good shooting!
