I just heard the PSE Premonition with a 27.5" draw, 61 pounds and a 300 grain arrow shoots 315 fps now that's smoking fast for a 60 pound bow.
Bowtech Insanity, 27" draw, 61 pounds, QAD HDX, Easton Flatline 400's, Fletcher Peep RED, Treelimb Quiver

Thank you for the info, I do appreciate it. Just to clarify smoother overall, are you referring this to the core and evo cams or my reference to the experience?

The Premonition likely will be tops on my wish-list. Yes, it's a midget, but it's a hot little bow that fits my bill as between the Source and DNA. Can't wait to see the MSRPs on these, though.

I wonder why it appears that PSE curtailed the flex guard on a few of these that I would have expected would have come with them? Personally, I prefer the standard guard (one less thing I can muck up when trying to tune)...

I can't wait to see the first chrono reports on a 50 or 60# Full Throttle @, say, 28".

    Happy, happy, happy.

Just got to say I'm not a PSE guy due to the hard draw but today that changed I shot the new source with the easy draw cam an boy is it smooth PSE hit a home run with this one. An by the way I might just have to get a DNA with the new cam.

The Source looks like an awesome all around bow.

How does the draw on the Source cam compare to the DC cam?

    What is the MSRP?

The DNA SP (not the DNA), Premonition, and the Source have a limb stop option. You can use the limb stop, a cable draw stop or both option. JB

So in theory what would be a better tree stand whitetail hunting bow for a guy fighting shoulder issues, a 50 lb f throttle or a 60 lb DNA sp or source? Granted little worried bout brace height on f throttle but is 10 lbs less draw weight but I imagine still a committed cycle? Just wondering what would still be able to keep speed up while retaining accuracy and being easy on shoulder? So basically mi not asking for much lol! On serious note what would be better, less lbs on more aggressive bow or little more lbs(10) but easier draw cycle?

Anyone want a brand-spankin' new Brute-X (500 shots, unblemished) as trade-in towards one of these sweet young things?

Don't discount the Premonition -- it would be a great bow to toss into that mix, sir.
