Introducing the Super-Lite stabilizers by EPLC

I've developed a Super-Lite bar using Delrin for the end caps instead of aluminum. This reduces the overall weight of each stabilizer by about 1.5 ozs without sacrificing overall rigidity... This is the same high quality carbon material used in my original bar with reduced weight and reduced pricing. A 12" bar weighs in at only 2.5 Oz's, 18" about 3 Oz's and a full 31" is about 3 3/4 Oz's.

    Introductory Pricing:
Bars up to 11" are $29 TYD and 2 bar sets are $55 TYD
Bars 12" to 15" are $39 TYD and 2 bars sets are $75 TYD
Front bars (up to 33") are $69 TYD and a 2 bar set (1 Front bar and 1 12" to 15" side bar) is $99 TYD

All TYD shipments are Lower 48 although I'll ship anywhere on your dime.

Yes, the long front bars have a baffle built in. The short bars do not need one although could be added on request.

I do not have a strong enough lathe to produce weights but any 5/16-24 threaded weight will work. I can also make the weight end of any bar 1/4-20 to accommodate folks having 1/4-20 threaded weights.

Nice work I machine the end caps for mine from Delrin as well. Are you rolling your own carbon tubes? If you want me to machine some weights let me know.

    Please be patient,
I am still trying to figure
    this mess out.

I may be interested in these I was wondering what kind of vibration dampening you used and if if vi ration dampening is available in the 11 inch rods for sidebar stabilization and how effective it is?
