Yep. It's a d-340 with a carbon composite riser but a shorter brace. Not really wanting to make me get rid of my 340

Since I had 2 340's I just sold one and told my dealer to get mine coming.

It looks like the same grip as the Carbon Knight. If so...it's like a big akward rectangle. The worst grip I have ever felt IMO. That bow may be a tough sell at the same price point.

I have a BNIB 2011 D340 that I'm thinking of hanging on the wall and admiring, and getting a Carbon Overdrive and shooting it like I stole it!

The Carbon looks a lot like a D340...but lighter. I keep saying if somebody makes a 350fps bow with a 7" brace that weighs less than 3.5 pounds and still shoots as nice as my guardian, I will sell my guardian and buy it...and this one is getting close. Maybe next year.

I am guessing more than a few D340's will be on the market in a month here on the AT classifieds...maybe its time for me to finally pick one up.

Wish I was in the market for a new bow, but just bought a small pc of land so its not happening this year. These things look sweet. I shot the knight and they were pretty nice but didn't have a lot of the newer flashy features like roller guard or the binary cam system. I figured this year's flagship would be the same thing w/ the upgrades and probably an additional $300. I think next year I might be cruising the classifieds.

The Carbon Knight riser and Carbon Overdrive are the same. I don't think they will have any problems selling these.

I am also very interested in this bow. I am also looking for a bowtech dealer who can order it for me. The bowtech dealer near where I live has terrible customer service. I ordered limbs for my insanity over 6 months ago and when they finally came in they sold it to someone who just walked in. Does anyone know how long it takes to get limbs through bowtech. They keep blaming the company for not sending it

About a grip in Carbon riser: It feels bad when I keep it in my hand, but when in full draw, relaxed hand, throat is what you touch and that's just fine or better...

Bowtech has great CS from my past experiences!! The COD is awesome I love mine. 28" draw 70# 462 gr arrow 290-293 fps. Yes it's faster then the insanity!!! I couldn't believe it. Worked by Tony219er and she shoots. Light, quiet, and fast what more could u ask for?
