    Rip Off!!

Just watching some videos from the ATA show. It seems martin took the signature fangs and put them on their new bow. Just put it on the inside. Kinda lame really. Thats APA's thing!

I don't know. Limb or even a cable stop would be nice. Sounds like they stop on the mod?

    Rip Off!!

    Nope, yet.

Just formulating a possible out come on previous experience and a friends opinion.

He said it wasn't quite clear where the let off, end of valley and pulling to hard into the wall happened. Bit to much squish for him.

Target bows I don't like that, but can deal with it.

Hunting bows, from past experience, I don't care for it much. Buck fever gets me even with does and the rest is history, lmao.

There's a shop a couple hours from me, he ordered one in a pattern I would buy. He's pretty confident I'll like it. Even with it being the first time I've talked to him.

Agree with your buddy to a certain extent, especially regarding the wall. Its definitely not hard stop like a prime. But the let off point is very distinct.

I love limb stops, but with that said, the BM does not have that rock solid limb stop back wall but do you shoot off a hard back wall? Most don't and when you are at anchor, the slightest "squish" the string stop has really is no big deal and some like that better... you will never make 100% of the people happy, there is always someone out there! lol

Yep, I've found that I hold a little steadier when I pull into the wall a little bit.

I was watching one of their vids and coulda swore I heard him talk about adjusting the valley by adjusting the stop/s? Musta been an older vid or he was talking about rotating the cams.

I believe the single cams still use a limb stop. The dual cams stop on the cable track. The dual cam is about the equivalent in firmness as the Mathews monster cams.

Thank you. The monster is pretty far down the list for me...

When you can drive to the APA store/manufacturing facility and talk to the owner and his family and get a guided tour of the operation there is definitely a feel of support for APA.

Good company, good products, good service.....what more to say?

I don't shoot APA but I might someday!

In all fairness, a lot of major archery innovations have been invented and pioneered by Martin Archery long before APA was around. These innovations include but are not limited to, single cam technology, riser dampening systems, they were the first to come up with Hoyts tech riser design, among many others. With, that said, I think it is pretty petty for someone to say that Martin "ripped off" APA's fang design. Technically every bow manufacture has ripped off one another at some point. Besides The fang feature in a good idea. I wish all bow manufactures added it their bows .
