Looks like 4 of the 6 that checked in fine with any name. Do you want to submit gobbler getters? I can do if you want me to. Just trying to avoid duplicate submissions.

    Team 5 - Gobbler Getters

What's up ladies and gents !!!

Names Mike, I've been hunting with a stick and string since I was 13 years old. Grew up in the Midwest. Cut my teeth on bowhunting in the upper NW Missouri. I'm pretty much archery only hunting these ays it's just the challenge I have grown to enjoy as well as the 3D competition side I have grown to love over the years. I've just retired from Navy 21 years as a Navy Corpsman !!!! I now have the time to put into my hunting passion.
As for this turkey season I have 3 tags and plan on filling all 3 !!!! I've just acquired 100 acres of prime SW virginia bird hunting land !!! There's a pretty good population of birds and a few really good looking long beards.
I shoot a 2012 Bear encounter 29" draw at 60lbs with CX piledrivers tipped with slick trick 100's. I poked two birds this past fall and I'm itching to poke 3 more !!! Good luck y'all.

    Mike

Congrats Mike on retiring and picking up some hunting land. You'll enjoy being able to hunt more now that you're retired. Do you have any bear in the area where ya bought your land?

I forgot all about this because I didn't realize it was in a whole different area than the bow hunting threads and then I didn't see I had a PM way at the top.. whoops. Anyway my name is Ben and I'll be hunting in S. MN with my new Energy 32 possibly shooting bullheads otherwise I'll be using Slick Tricks. Birds around here are still grouped up but I have been seeing 4 nice toms in the area right between 2 places that I hunt so hopefully in another month they'll head 2 miles either up or down river and they'll be mine. I'll be hunting April 21-25 which is MN's second season. This will be my 6th season turkey hunting and I've tagged out every year but my first so hopefully I'll keep the kill streak going!

Not gonna be any good this season, we just lost our entire home to an electrical fire today. Just a heads up. I lost my best friend Max, chocolate lab.
