High country archery customer service sucks!

Damn...that is not good to hear. Call Fever Archery up in Hopkins, MI when you need HCA assistance...he's on here. Bottom line though is that is unacceptable.

Been trying to reach them for weeks now no response can't even reach anyone at the pro shop. Called a bunch of dealers and most don't deal with them and the ones that still do said they can't even get a quick response from them. I stuck up for them after having poor service a few years back but Nathan stepped in and helped. Now it seems to be the same old poor customer service. I have a 2008 speed force that I was hoping to get a normal cam for, right now it has mini trinary cams so my son could shoot it. I had put it for sale figuring it would just be easier to sell it. I removed it from the classified adds because I felt bad selling it knowing there customer service went down the tubes again.
