    Time for round two. Hunting mature bucks is where it's at

    You only have one opportunity @ 10 yards on a specimen like that! If he busts you... Success in round two will be the ultimate in bowhunting!

    The farmer that owns this piece finally got my alfalfa food plot bailed. lol I did find one fawn that got ran through the mowing machine in this field.

    This is the biggest one Ive had on camera to date on my property. THis was taken on a Tuesday night during the first week of rifle season, sadly I found this deer the following Saturday lying dead in the bottom end of my field, gutshot and not recovered. I took his head and did a European mount. This was too nice a deer for around here to just cut the horns off and throw them in a box. Hope this pic shows up ok. He isnt as nice as alot of the pics on here but he is a trophy where I live.
