Any health or fitness experts out there?
Hi every one! I know it is healthy to do a cleanse every now and then... however; I have heard of a lot of different methods, I tried the salt water cleanse then the all fruit and veggie cleanse.... Honestly I couldn't keep the fruit and veggie I wasn't disciplined enough, the salt water was okay but I didn't get the results people said it gives. I just want to know if anyone has any suggestions thanks in advance guys!

Be careful with salt water! A fresh water or juice cleanse for 24 to 48 hours lets your bodies digestive system take a little break and you may even loose some weight. I have seen people add probiotics to their diet also to help aid digestion. eating properly in general is far better than cleansing. If its clean you may not need to cleanse!

Do you mean those bidet thingies shoot out salt water? My brother in law tried one of those things while on vacation overseas, said they are pretty legit.

detox cleanse helpful or not
oh great! thanks, I am glad I asked. I did some extra research on the subject, and some people have said to experience better results with certain types of detox products. One I can't find too much about are these detox pads that go on your feet. Might there be any truth or benefit to using these? So the juice stuff works too?

No. But what do you care, you're here to hear people tell you to do it. I've been in your shoes where I pose a question wanting a certain answer. That is what you are doing, so try it, spend lots of money and become a believer.
