tenpoint vaor question
I looked everywhere I could think of I read somewhere you can back the limb bolts out to change strings ? true ?

Not a good idea. The Vapor wasn't engineered to have the string and cables changed like that. It would be best to have it pressed for the change.

Yep been doing for over a year now on the 2013 model, you can back the limb bolts off 7-8 turns and change everything yourself. Go a couple turns at a time and you will see the tension decrease a lot. Makes reserving a lot easier if you don't have a press. If your still nervous about it just use a press and dismantle the bow and see for yourself, I know it works great on the Vapor not sure about the rest of their line up. Yes TP says not to do it something about the sky falling and temperal shift in the space time continuum etc but if you have any type of basic mechanical knowledge you can see for yourself, if you don't well better not
What you mean there's more to life than archery? Isn't that what vacations are for?

We don't recommend doing that. Get it pressed.
