For 2015 PSE has a new Madness Hybrid Cam. My question is why go this way? The cam design has been done before. Looks a lot like the CPS cam system. Hoyt and Browning also have done the single cam design with a linked idler wheel. The reason for those were to prevent string slap and twist from the longer strings. Do you think PSE has changed the system so much that it will be that much better then before?
Pse has had that can design for a long time. Look way back to the vendetta and the original dominator....it's a fantastic cam system. Easy to tune, smooth, and fast.
They never went away. They have kept I believe at least two bows in their lineup with that style cam since they first brought it out. They have 3 different versions of that cam system in their 2015 lineup. They also have the hyperdrive cam on the premonition hd and source hd, and the drive cam on the drive, freak(I think), and on the long draw dominator
Don't forget about the mini drive cam that is available as well. The hyper drive cam is center pull and has the limb stop so it is the next evolution of it
Ya know, I am aggravated with myself for even going here so I am done. However, my memory is right on.
