Thread: Elite archery????

    Elite archery????

Sorry if I sound like I'm just waking up from a coma, but I just checked out Elite archery's website for the first time to see all their different bows--first of all the bows look great! They look just like the Bowtech's right down to the binary cam system. Is elite archery tied in with Bowtech somehow?

Gee, you got me all excited.

I was hoping for a picture of the ICE. Holding out on a BT Equalizer for my daughter. Heard the ICE will be worth waiting for. I will keep checking their site.

The difference between an Old Archer and the Young Archer is that we old ones are a little slower getting the arrow to the "X".

It was an inside joke, since the gentleman has been in a "Comma". Those of us who knew would get a little laugh.

Well, I took a little time to review past posts concerning elite archery and if I have the facts straight, looks like the cam system and riser is similliar to Bowtech, but the limbs are Barnsdales? Doesn't sound like a bad bow to me

we are waiting for a ice model for my GF. i was told three more weeks for a lefty model ice and the righties are going out soon. I asked Kevin to spec out a ice model at 24" dl at 40 lbs. and the fps was around 280fps at 5gpp.

thinking with my gf's arrow weight of 235 gr. we should be in the low 270's which is almost 40 fps faster than she is shooting right now. should help a wee bit in yardage misjudging....i hope anyways.

The elite archery logo looks girlie. I know that is kind of off base but would you wear a hat with that logo unless you are a girl? Even my wife thought it looked to female for a industry that is mostly male and hunters.
