What kind of exercises do you do with resistance bands?

Only really use em for rehab/prehab, or in a pinch. I try to imitate my regular workout in the latter case.

I use them at the end of work outs for a little extra pump
I will take a heavy resistant band and wrap it around a kettle bell so it bell can sit on the floor then do bicep curls with it. You start off getting just the band then you get the band plus whatever weight kettle you choose plus when the weight leaves the floor it starts bouncing around unstable. Fun way to get a little extra pump out of a normal arm routine.

When I was traveling while doing p90x, I used the p90 bands. Other brands would have been fine also, but the p90 bands had a door mount that was going to be essential.
Watch your eyes when you work out with bands.

We use them all the time in fitness classes I take, everything from "assistance" on things like tricep dips or pull pulls to resistance excercises:

    - hold both arms out in front of you on the band, and pull your hands apart? To easy, put less band between your hand
    - stand on it for curls, squats, jumps
    - Plank leg extensions
    - hook to a wall and pull your hands to your face, over your head, behind your hips

    All kinds of things

I use them for shoulder presses, tricep extensions, bicep curls and squats.
