    Taking bow into Canada

Going to Canada on a bear hunt in 2 weeks, and was wondering if I need to fill out any special papers to bring the bow into the country like you do with a gun?

    Thanks

No. We have done a bear hunt in CA the last two years and you don't need to do anything special for a bow. Don't forget the passport thing now though.

Nothing to do with the bow for paperwork. Tell them you have it and you'll be good to go.

Dont need a passport if you're driving yet...you can still use a Birth Certificate and Photo ID, but if you're flying you'll need a passport.

I work for CBSA so thats straight from the mouth of an officer.....

Thanks for your help guys. We drove up the last time I took my bow, so I wasn't sure if I needed anything special to go thru the airport customs.
