    Team Signatures....

I have had to ask many to reduce the size of the fonts used in their sigs, especially since the contest started and team names have been chosen.

Please help to keep the bowhunters respectful here by following the guidelines for signatures. They are as follow:

    5. Please limit your signature block to 5 lines or less. Signatures may not contain links to commercial websites unless the website is owned by a sponsor of ArcheryTalk.com. Links to personal webpages are acceptable.

additionally, the following rule applies... :

Please edit your signatures to no more than 5 lines of depth in font size 2
NEW RULE: Please edit your signatures to no more than 5 lines of depth in font size 2 or smaller.

    Hi folks.

Please edit your signature to no more than five lines in depth. Also, all font sizes must be the standard default size which is SIZE # 2. Making your signature SIZE #1 will make us even happier.

We have never had a rule regarding signatures size in the past; so many members have tended to load up their signatures with text and image files that can fill-up over haft a browser window with a single post.

So now we need to set up some guidelines and reel in the long signatures folks.

When Moderators see a signature in violation they will add the following text to your signature; ****PLEASE EDIT YOUR SIGNATURE TO FIVE LINES OF TEXT - AT Moderator - Thanks.****

This will allow you to make necessary changes. Please do so immediately.

Help us to maintain the quality of this site by following the new signature guidelines.

    Thanks much and happy shooting,
    OX
    AT Admin Guy.

Thanks for your consideration. As bowhunters, we should be following all the rules, yes?

Your signature is fine. The main point to the post and the majority of the "violations" are signatures that have more than 5 lines.

No, images are not permitted in signatures.. most teams will use their avatar, some animating them to represent the team pic..
