    Shoot in Valle Vista

I have an open 10 acre field behind my house. I just open the back gate
and I can shoot out to 100yrds if I want to. I'll be hunting in A-22 when it opens
up again in November. Maybe I'll see you out there.

I am in Norwalk just off Rosecrans and 605. Which is between the 91 and 5. Or I could take the 605 to the 405 and go S. also

I live in Lancaster. We have one local shop. We shoot league a couple nights a week. Travel to Pasadena to shoot at the Pasadena Roving Archers range. Also to Sylmar to shoot outdoors at Verdugo Hills. They have a nice shoot coming up on the 4th of Nov. It is a triangle novelty shoot. Great fun.

Coming up this weekend is the Kern River Archers Fall shoot. This is one of the best, most fun shoots that I've done. Ranks right up there with the BearState shoots. If you've never done the Kern shoot I highly recommend it. Its 40 targets on Sat. 20 on Sunday. Dry camping free. Plus some novelty shootoffs. Great food for cheap too.

Don't forget to reg. and go to Vegas for the big Feb. shoot. This will be my first year participating. Can't wait. Will shoot BHFS class.

I am checking in from Chino Hills. I shoot out of Hi Tech Archery and Oranco. If anyone hasn't checked out www.socalarchery.com for upcoming shoots they should. It is a good site to find out whats going on in So Cal.

With forest fire everywhere in Socal, my chance of getting my first deer with a bow this year is in jeopardy. I dont think they will allow hunters in A31( Angeles) when it opens. We were gun hunting behind Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear when the the fire starts. Shoot two deer and miss one ( a really huge buck ) at 50 yards. I hope and pray that it will not do severe damage to those two mountain resort.
