    neoprene vs. thinsulate

    Just wondering which provides more warmth......say 7mm neoprene rubber boots or 1200 grams of thinsulate rubber boots?????

    Unless its changed since I tried it years ago, neoprene doesn't breath. Makes you sweat like mad, then you're in trouble.

    I agree about the sweating.. But I sweat just as bad in rubber boots..
