    Mathews Q2XL limb question

Ok I have a Q2XL that I just replaced the string and cable on. My question is, how many turns can I take out of the limbs and shoot it safely? The Owners Manual says 5 but the sticker on the limb says take 7 out before pressing. So which one is safe to still shoot it? Thanks

Ok. Well then, how many turns to get the lightest poundage to shoot safe?
