    Just found this and tried it for the first time and its simply awesome. I don't like peppers or onions so I omitted those. Probably will only get better as I tweak it more and more, but wow, this is a winner!

    i TRIED THESE LAST WEEK, DEF THE BEST WILD ANIMAL STEAK I HAVE EVER HAD, MAYBE EVEN REGULAR STEAK ALSO, I SWITCHED OUT THE JALEPENOS FOR MUSHROOMS, ITS WAS AMAZING

    We got 20"+ of snow here so I thought I would try something new. I didn't have cream cheese so that was left out but everything else I had on hand. I made 4 this way and 3 as little tenderloin steaks. My wife preferred the steaks and I liked these better. Very good recipe and one I would not have thought to try on my own.
