All You HS Supporters
When you have a lifetime warranty on a product you bought why should you have to have a receipt for it? I mean legit no bull.Do you have all POP receipts on file? I dont but I know the time frame when I bought it. HS is on my blacklist as I plan to buy no more of their products.Do as you want.

How do they know you are the one that purchased the item from them without something that documents the transaction?

I have to agree; a lot of warranties only apply to the original purchaser TC arms is like that great warranties but you have to be the first to own it I keep all my gun and bow perches receipts just incase I need to return or get warranty work done

they sell so many different products through so many different vendors....that warranty issues are hard to deal with.
now a company like Vortex or Double Bull can handle it much better with their min. amount of products and smaller market.

With companies that only put out one major product such as Bowtech with a bow, they have you register your serial number. However when you have a company such as HS that puts out how many hundreds of various products, serial number registration just seems silly and pretty much impossible. Therefore it's important to keep your receipt on any purchase so you can prove your the original owner.
