Is Martin having any issues with cam lean with their CAT cam system? I've heard a few people that have been worried about this and I was just wondering if it was a big problem or not. I'm only asking because I'm thinking about picking up a new 08 Slayer and to do so I'll be selling my 05 Slayer which I really like other than the let off. Just trying to decide if it's worth getting rid of my 05 for an 08.
My 08 Slayer does have a slight amount of cam lean but nothing I am concerned about. It tunes just fine and shoots great so what else could I ask for. For a speed cam it has a very nice valley and a rock hard wall with the draw stop peg. It's my 3D rig and getting 280 fps out if it at 28.5" and 50.5# with a 343 grain arrow is nice too. You won't be disapointed.
I have the C.A.T. cam on my Firecat ProX and the C cam on my Slayer. The amount of lean on both is almost imperceptable. They both tune and shoot great!
