I think when you take more business than you can handle you hurt your business more than you will ever be able help it.

please forgive me. my stepmother has had 2 major surgeries in the last 4 days. my dad is almost 77 and losing his memory, and i've been doing my best to help. i had left a message on my answering machine, but it filled up quick and now you just get the 'call back later' voice. she'll be in the hospital 2 weeks and then in a rehab facility for 2 weeks. during this time i'll be needed to help my earthly father.

i'm 15 sets made over quota the last 2 weeks, which is almost a record - so strings are going out faster than normal, but communication has been the thing that's taken a hit from my end and i apologize. i'm not sure what else to do but get up at 5am and get my work done and then go help my family. i don't believe there is anything else i can do. i will get my work done and take care of my family come you know what or high water, just like y'all - please know that.
again, i apologize, and can only ask for understanding that i have to get the strings out, and communication may not be as quick as it's been for a little while yet. john

i think unless you know what you're talking about you should wait to reply.

Do the best you can john. If your family comes first so be it. We will all make it just fine with what we have got for a few extra days.

Sorry, I was just making a generalization that when you get more business than you can handle the first thing to suffer is usually communication because your so busy trying to get the product out that you fall behind on getting back to people. Didn't mean to offend. Hope everything works out the best for your family.

    John

The strings I ordered this week are NOT a priority as things stand. PLEASE take care of family needs and get to my strings when it suits you.

    Prayers for your family.
