    Eberlestock customer service

So far I have e-mailed for two days and called for two days and havn't got a responce from Eberlestock. I really was interested in their packs but I can't even talk to abyone. I bet this is a good reflection of their customer service. Has anyone had any dealings with them.

They are slow on the e-mail that I've noticed.

Maybe Glen Eberle (the owner) is out of town this week.... who knows. I'm running at about 25% success when I call of getting someone on the phone.

Keep trying to call them... that's what I'd do.

Take a look at Badlands. I own a couple of their packs (Monster Fanny and 4500) and whenever I've had any issue they are Johny on-the-spot. Even got them to take a "squeeky" 4500 back that I bought on-line and as opposed to just repairing it, they replaced it with a brand new one (I paid for freight and they pro-rated the value of the old pack to count as a credit towards the new one).

I've no experience with Eberlestock except some small accessory cases and compression straps that i bought from them for my Badlands 4500. Eberlestock seems to make more "extras" for their packs, but the 4500 is a load hauling, comfy, on your back all day for 10 days comfy sort of pack (one you can really live out of).

    FYI...

Oh, PS- I don't work for nor am I affiliated in any way with Badlands or the pack industry.

The 4500 just looks huge above your shoulder straps. I have really done some checking and have learned to like the Eberlestock j104 but I sure don't like not getting a responce out of them. I have a smaller Badlands pro lite and fanny pack but haven't had any problems, but I haven't tried to call them for any reason.

I still haven't heard from anyone, and I still can't get an answer on the phone.
