Should your ata measurements be exact on both sides of the limb.
I have an martin s4 with furious cams and i use the cable guard.
Right now it is a little long specs for the 07 s4 is 43.25
any help would be great.

There shouldn't be much difference, as that implies cam lean. But that's a good question I had never actually considered.
Checking my (9) bows, I find that my Hoyts are all off by <1/16th, to dead on. The short ATA's seem the most likely to be a bit off, and floating yokes the worst.

times 2. BUT cam lean is not the evil animal that everyone thinks. Several winning bows have had slightly out to outrageous cam lean.

I usually try to remove as much cam lean as possible with adjustments to the yoke, but on a hybrid cam, you get what you get with the lower cam.
