    Bowtech Customer Service

Bashers please find another thread. I started this thread to give credit where credit is due.

I have had several sets of limbs on my 82nd. Each time it took less than 5 business days to get the limbs from BT to my dealer to be installed.

My last set began to splinter during hunting season so after season closed I sent the bow back to BT. 3 days later I received a call from my dealer saying a new 2009 was on the way to replace my 08'.

Although I am not happy that I had several sets of limbs in little over a year, I am extremely pleased and impressed with BT customer service.

I feel confident that I was just unlucky as the cracks where always in the same place on the same limb. Crackers thinks I had something wrong with the limb pockets.

    Thanks for great service Bowtech!

Hey, thats good to hear, I am looking at BT for my 09 rig and I have got to say that the limb issues had me a bit concerned. I have been chomping at the bit to get a Sentinel. Even though people have had limb issues I am going to get one anyway. Good to know that they will take care of it if there is an issue.

Nice to hear that they are continuing to help you.

After replacing limbs, they are now going to give you a whole new bow? That is awesome.

It is always nice to read about good news on this website. Lord knows we get enough of the bad.

I agree, great CS. I emailed them about getting some replacement E clips for my General and 3 days later they were in my mailbox.

Not for sure on laminated limbs, but crackers told me they changed the entire limb making process sometime at the end of 08.

    hey poole,

did they ever stress test the limbs before shipping them??

At the shop here we had one that splintered/feathered, bowtech sent another set, they started splintering after 3 shots....bowtech tested the next set, never had a problem with those.....

was not an 82nd, was another model....

Glad to hear that you are getting a new bow.I am just glad to hear of someone standing behind their products.Have had a 26 round fight with a well known grill company without much satisfaction so i am glad to see someone man up.
