I ordered a few dozen shafts from them and never received inserts or nocks. I called and they promised to ship them out....still waiting and that was about 3 months ago.

If all of this stuff is true about Archery Experts, I have no reason to believe it is not, I hope those responsible are thrown in jail for fraud.

I agree with Keystone Country Store. Can't really say about Lancaster. I can't seem to get them to send me a catalog.

I know I won't be ordering from them ever again. Very poor customer service. The guy was a real jerk.

I deal with my pro-shop mainly , but Keystone is just fricking great if you buy online. I used to order from them before my hiatus from Archery and always got stuff next day (They are in PA, me in NY state/CT ). And I never had any backorder/OOS problems.

I have placed small accessory orders from KCS 3 times since I've been back into archery and I still get stuff the day after it ships(which is same or next day depending on when I order) and they have a good website with realtime inventory. After my first order I got an automated email with coupon code that unfortunately had expired so I sent CS an email back stating that they may want to stop sending out the email. CS Rep emailed me back within 5 minutes and told me they had extended the coupon code expiration date and would change the automated email to reflect that.

I've also dealt with LAS in the past, and used to travel to the store once a year as well. Always got great service there and the people are super knowledgeable. FWIW- I ordered a catalog via the LAS website a couple weeks back and got it about 6 business days later. The same day I ordered a catalog from the new "Bowhunters Warehouse" (superstore?) , which is in the same general area of PA, and I still have not received it.

OK, and you still want to place an order

They are probably outa' business by now.

I placed a large order there a few months back, and one of the items was not what I ordered. I called up, explained the situation, and the person on the other end indicated they would take care of it. Two days later I received another complete order! Thinking I was now way over budget, I immediately called to return the complete extra order with the wrong item still coming through. Yep, two days later I got ANOTHER complete order, still the wrong item coming in with the order.

Now, I got about $600 worth of stuff, and 3-$20 items I don't want. So I check my credit card to see if it's going through the roof. Notta, end of month, billed for one order. Emailed the situation, no response.

I figured they must have known I was a deserving guy, and just wanted me to be well equipped for the season.

Angry Crooks!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM ARCHERY EXPERTS

I ordered a stabilizer and was sent the wrong one. I was able to get through by phone after about 10 attempts around Dec. 30th 2008. He tried to tell me it was the same stabilizer as what i ordered even though it was a different model. I said - sorry that is not the stabilizer i wanted or ordered and I DO know the differences between the two and am not interested in keeping the wrong one.

I was treated fairly rude from this point on. We agreed that i would send it back and they would credit my credit card. I asked if i would have to call to double check they would actually credit it. He said "no - you can call your credit card company to verify if you want." He even said he would credit a little bit for the shipping back. OK

Waited about 30 days now and no credit to my account. I tried calling about 50 times since late Dec. because i had a feeling he was going to be a ......

The phone number goes straight to a message and they are not accepting messages at this time. WOW! I am now out the item cost, shipping and tax and shipping the wrong item back.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BIGGEST JOKE IN THE ARCHERY BUSINESS BY FAR!!!

I don't know about the Archery Experts but I have order many times from Keystone Country Store and they are great to deal with, and they are always way ahead of their projected delivery time.

When Archery Experts first opened, they were OK, and I ordered from them a couple of times. But that was at least 4-5 years ago. Now, they are ..............well...............they suck !

Lancaster and Keystone have the best selection of any online, and I like Obsession Archery too.
