    Mongol style bows

Does anyone have any experience with Eastern or (Mongol) style bows. I've heard that they are a pistol to string, but the draw is very smooth with no stacking.

I have extremely limited experience with them, and it appeared, if the bow was a true "Mongol" style bow, that they stacked as bad or worse then any other traditional bow.

What they did have was a very short tip to tip length, great maneuverability, and I can see how they would be deadly from horseback.
