Bowtech Customer Service ??

    Question Bowtech Customer Service ??

    I called Bowtech today about a ?? on a 2005 Alleginace bow. Left a message for the tech to call me back.
    NEVER recieved a call back from Bowtech..
    Whats up with this?
    Several other folks are having this same trouble getting returned calls
    Mathews, Elite, Hoyt or PSE bows depend on the day..
    TRU BALL Release and Stan SX3
    Gold Tip and Carbon Express arrows.

    ive called them several times and whether it be a quick question or something a little more in depth they have always returned my calls...

    Well for the Most part Customers are not suppose to call the Factory. Do you call the GM plant if your Truck wont start? No you take it to the dealer or another certified person to look at it. Im sure ALL manf. get a little busy and dont have time to answer every question from customer whom are supposed to ask theyre dealer. Just my two cent.

    They called me back on the same day. I would imagine it depends on how busy they are.

    My Questions was For the Bowtech customer service (tech ??) but this customer is still waiting to find out..
    Any one have a special # to get information ??
    Customer service folks will transfer to the techs voice mail.
    By the way this is a dealer calling..

    Then you should understand that it might be a day or so before they get back to you.

    At least give them a day or so before you post and complain. I'm sure they will give you a call tomorrow and today being Monday I am sure they were busy

    I have to agree, a dealer should be called back asap.

    As for the mathews, in my opinion my Guardin shoots better then my friends new top of the line Mathews...... But that is just my opinion.

    Lmao!!!!!!!!!! Today world!!!!!!! Me, me, me, How dare you make me wait for anything Im the most important person/dealer in the World. Lmao, love it. You want the Mfg to keep the cost of theyre products down, but want them to staff out the butt to answer your calls on the first ring and build and ship your orders on a days notice. Realistic to say the least.

    They answer calls in the order they come in. My conversations with them lasted up to 20 minutes (several over 3 days) trying to figure out "the problem". Multiply that by a factor of ten or twenty customers a day and it's amazing they get anything accomplished... but they do.

    Bowtech CS the best IMHO

    I'm a lowly customer (not dealer), and I've NEVER had BT make me wait more than a few hours to return my call. Anytime I see posts like this, I wonder what "the rest of the story" really is.

    I just called yesterday AM looking for specs on spacers for my bow and received a return call in the PM. They were busy when I called and asked for a phone number to return my call. They did - can't ask for more than that.

    I've heard about their reluctance to respond to customers, especially if you didn't buy the bow new. But, they satisfied my need.

    They have a Customer Sevice number on their web site (877-447-0293). I would assume that applies to customers as well as dealers.

    It must be something hard since your dealer didn't know right off hand.

    I've sent emails and made phone calls to Bowtech, in the last 3 weeks, just asking for general information (outside of those on the FAQs link) and they've responded to me within 48 hours. Today's return phone call occurred within 24 hours. I'm satisfied with that.
