Lens kits for HHA sights
I have never used a magnification sight for archery. I have an HHA sight that can accomodate a lens kit. To those who have used this, does it work pretty much like a rifle scope? That is, it makes the target appear larger and closer? If so, it seems like this could only be a good thing but as said before, I've never looked through one.
I'd like to hear opinions on them from those who know. Thanks in advance.

I would be interested too. I did hear that they were about $80-$90. Was told not to go to too high a power lens.

Lens for HHA
I have a 4X lens on one of my HHA sights and have noticed that it not only magnifies the target it also magnifies any movement in your form. I have trouble with this and find myself chasing the pin around much more than with no magnifaction.

Agreed. Form has to be dead on in order to take advantage of a lens.

I have HHA sights with 2X lenses on both of my hunting bows. This works really well for me. With the 2X you really don'tnotice much magnification and not so much in the way of pin movement. With my old geezer eyes I'm able to clearly see both the pins and the target
You do need to close the off eye. Might not work well in the rain or snow, but we don't have much of either.
Best of luck to you.
