Avoid The Cuddeback Cameras..

I am sorry but this is a thread to bash Cuddeback. They Suck! There cameras suck and there customer service sucks.There is nothing good about Cuddeback.I want as many people as Possible to know what a P.O.S. their cameras are so they dont spend their hard earned money on one like i have..

I bought a New Cudde Capture IR a month ago and it was defective right from the git go and Cudde admitted it to me. So i had to send in this brand new camera because it was built defective and shipped defective . Like I bought a camera to play these games..

Well i sent it in and in return i Got a refurbished camere (not a new One like what I sent In) but a rebuilt camera In exchange for my new one i just shelled out 250 bucks for .. Guess what---I have had the camera for a week in the woods and the Infrared flash doesnt work .I got a ton of pictures at night that are totally black...

And the Picture Quality of the pictures in the daylight are horrible .. My Moultrie cameras put these to shame ..

I have been 2 days trying to get a Hold Of them and all i get is that the reps are busy with other customers...


CUDDIE BACK SUCKS.. I HOPE I HAVE SAVED SOMEONE ELSE FROM WASTING THEIR MONEY AS I HAVE..

I am going to demand my money back if i can ever get a hold of anyone.

Sorry - had to rant and hopefully enlightened everyone that is under the illusion that cudde is the top camera... THEY ARE JUNK---ABSOLUTE JUNK

Your wrong! You paid for their ad's. Their Advertising doesn't suck, That's what their good at! Sorry you got hosed. Everything that is advertised on everything and everywhere usually has something to hide and usually isn't the best in it's class. JMO.

good customer service i have 6 and 4 of them are 4 years old and they pretty much live in the woods except 2 weeks of rifle season had one quit on me 30 days after warranty ran out they sent me a new one free of charge. i have 2 trophy cams 6"x4" they are really nice , batterys last forever in them and for 200.00 bucks

TheMich.Archer you really have to come out of this shell and stop being so shy. How do you really feel about Cuddeback? :set1_thinking:Just messing with you that sucks hope they take care of you.:darkbeer:

One or two bad apples in a row will destroy a mans thoughts on something...so they didn't work for you but there are way way way too many people completely happy with Cuddies.

Not a fan of bashing threads but this one is being handled with class, and is based on actual experiences you've had. So its a good thread in my book.

I own 2 of the Cuddieback Captures and they have worked flawlessly for me for almost 2 years now. I had the Cuddie card reader go out on me and I called them, shipped it back, and was sent a brand new one under warranty without any questions or hesitations.

Sorry you had a bad expierence from them :(

The worse part is the fact that he bought a brand new camera and they sent him back a refurbished one, that in my opinion is unacceptable, I just cringe every time I hear the word refurbished, that has never worked out good for me on anything. I am on my 3rd cell phone because the one I bought and paid for that was brand new had problems and now I keep getting refurbished ones that last about 2 months! Refurbished is nothing more than an item that someone else sent in with problems and they just send it back out to you after making it look new!

I am as understanding as anyone .. I believe in the second chance..

I gave Cudde the second chance and was sent refurbished camera in place of the brand new camera i bought that was broken right offthe shelf..And that very camera is defective. I have over 150 completely black pictures because the Infrared flash Isnt working.. This camera is junk!!

Its less than a month old that including the time i had to send it in because it was built broken and i still have a broken camera..

Like i said any of you cudde lovers feel lucky will sell you this P.O.S. for 150 bucks to any of you right now since i cant even get ahold of anyone at Archery Unlimited anymore..

CUDDEBACK SUCKS!!

Everyones entitled to there oppinion and I appologize that you have had such a horrible experience...I on the other hand have had nothing but great experiences with them.

I love my new Capture best trail cam on the market within $200 of its price in my experience...we have gone through tons of different cam models and makers and by far cudde's rein supreme. If you have a cudde for 5 years and it breaks they upgrade you to a brand new cam for a fraction of the price it should be...try that with stealth cam, moultrie, reconyx, or the AT fanboys beloved SG...they wont do didly they will tell ya its been 5 years what do you want us to do. How do I know this....we had a 5 year old cudde, one of the originals, and it stopped printing date and time...well called cudde they told us we could either send the cam in for fixing or they would give us a partial credit towards a new cam....so we payed $50 for a original capture...had problems with it as many did with the original releases...no problem brand new one no questions asked. So I guess you can take it for what its worth...but Cuddes will be what we use for many years to come as they are the only ones that will help you out in the long run in our experiences.

Question... are your 2 trophy cams the Bushnell Trophycam trailcams? Sorry, I'm kind of new at this stuff. Thanks. :)

I dont bash anything that doesnt deserve it .. Like I said you love Cudde so much send me 150 bucks and I will sell you this one I paid 250 for a months ago ...


Put your Money where your mouth is if you believe in the Cudde so much ...

No takers .. I have a brand newCuddie onlybeen sent back to the company once because it was built broken.. I was sent a replacement and It still doesnt work. I am willing to sell it for 150 bucks and nobody wants to buy it ... MAkes me wonder about all of you Cudde lovers and defenders...

Couple cuddebacks, they are the easiest to use and they work the best. Have tried others and no one even comes close. The cuddeback captures are one of the best cameras on the market today. They pick me up day or night zipping by at 45mph on my fourwheeler.

Your calling us out and telling us to buy something you admit is broken, which we are not the original purchasers of and therefore will have no way of getting it warrantied......um ok if that makes sense to you then I think we all can just ignore this thread and those who do read it will now know the caliber of person were dealing with. No offense man but thats the most ******ed thing ive ever heard. I dont care how much I believe in or support something what would make me buy something broken that I cant even get fixed as im not the original owner...cmon seriously your not that dense. This makes me wonder bout you if your wondering bout us...:confused::confused::confused:
