Here is my first experience with the Sevr. They flew incredible for me. When I recovered my arrow it looked like all it needs is a cleaning and a new o ring. Very happy with them based on this first trial.

did it pass through? we cannot use mechs here, but i'm curious about penetration, it looks like a well constructed mech, but just be design it looks like it would rob lots of energy..... I admit that is speculation.

dandy buck!

It did punch through both sides of the chest. There were two devestating holes internally when we gutted him. Although it didn't pass through the off side. I believe it may have hit the off side shoulder preventing it from exiting. It would be nice to have a version with a smaller cut as well. I believe I heard they are planning on releasing one.

Well, I got to play with my new toys last night. One shot at 20.... one shot at 30.... one shot at 40, all three were different arrows and all three were in the white 2" dot on my target.

I then moved back to 50. I then put 6 shots in a 6" circle. I don't have a 50 pin so I have to estimate hold over. It was also a little windy and gusty as a storm was rolling by to the NW of us.

Now, I will say this is why I love my bow being bareshaft tuned to where it will shoot super tight, STRAIGHT groups at 30 yards.

I really loved the practice set screw. Took it out after a shot these heads 3 shots each.... cleaned the target foam out of them.... still razor sharp and ready to hunt.

I do have question though. Any good tips on quiver storage? Not breaking the rubber O ring in the quiver? Like I said I have always been a fixed head guy... used to ramming them into the foam in my 30 year old hoyt quiver I still use LOL.

Yeah that was one issue I had now that you mention it. With my tight spot quiver I couldnt seat the broadheads all the way into the quiver or the blades would start deploying and stretching the o rings. So that was a little annoying that my arrows didn't feel like they were super tight in the quiver.

What about the second arrow gripper you can add to the tightspot, that should do it

So I got my heads in last night. I threw one on and added the additional screw for "practice mode", and the thing shot amazing. Actually started at 40 and it hit perfect. Hopefully get to try one out over during this upcoming cold front.
