Victory Rest is what I use. if you buy one throw a dab of glue on the two plastic arrow keepers at the top in a rush I have popped them off. I go through one every couple of years and these have given me the most life out of what I have tried.
My buddy has used whisker biscuits in the past and the screw for the slide stop ripped up the whiskers pretty bad. I have the AMS rest that comes in the kit, I forget the name, it has a roller and a guard around it so the arrow can't fall out when you hold the bow upside down. When I see a fish I don't have place the arrow in the rest because it falls down into place already.
