So I, unfortunately, lost my axcel sight early this summer when it got left on the roof of my car. So thanks to my stupid mistake I now find myself searching for a replacement target sight. My old sight was an Axcel achieve model and I really liked it with the micro click and the fast travel. However, given the cost of replacing it I have been asking around for recommendations and several local archers suggested I try CBE sights. I'm looking for feedback from anyone who has used one or both to get their opinions on them.

I've used both Axcel and CBE. For repeatability I'd say they are about even.

I would choose the CBE over the Axcel for just one reason.... The Carbon Achieve that I had rattled like crazy and it drove me nuts!!!!

I was going to say the opposite. I’ve got 2 cbe sights and 3 Axcel and both cbe sights rattle like crazy. Plus you don’t have the stout scope rod and option of light in scope rod. And with cbe, you don’t have nearly the amount of adjustment on the windage. I would never buy another CBE sight. But everything about the Axcel is top notch. I’m running the XP models tho. I do have the ole AX3000 tho. Knowing what I know about owning both, it would be a quick Axcel dicision for me.

Thankfully both products exist... so we're both happy!!!

Before my garmin i used CBE tek hybrid. I love that sight. I kept it as a backup to the garmin but garmin has been flawless so it just sits....😔
That sight was as silent as a church mouse......dead.

I have the accutouch carbon pro with rheostat and micro pins, I also have an accutouch hunter with out the dove tail. The sight on my hunting bow right now is the new cbe cx5. It’s light, inexpensive made well, and has a 6” carbon dovetail. All for $159. Plus the pins are better to my eye than the axcel sights. Both are great companies and I think you’ll be very pleased with either choice.

Just curious, how much windage do you really need?

I've been using CBE for years. Top notch high quality sights. I've never encountered any of the cons mentioned in a few posts. I have the Engage Hybrid currently. Had the Tek Hybrid and 3d Quad Lite. Toxonics before that...
