I have 300 spine Eaton aftermath (10.1gpi) with aluminum inserts. I think I’m around 450g for arrow weight. If I put a 200 grain broad head on this setup is it going to be to heavy? This is for hunting. Or are there other variables to consider?

Vane Tray (Designed by Nitrous24) If you want the back of your vanes to be as clean as possible without getting the oil from your fingers on them this tray can help you out. It will keep your vanes organized, keep them vertical, and keep them secure while you build your arrows. It is designed...

Hello! So I can now say that I’ve used acetone to get glue residue off my arrows so I can re-fletch them. Nice. Another small, maybe dumb question I have about acetone and arrows is this: So I’ve taped up my bag target because it was falling apart and so when I hit the target, the arrows are...

Hello, I'm new to both this forum and the world of compound bow archery so please be patient with me! I'm changing my compound bow to a Bear Archery Species LD RTH 45-60lb because I need a longer draw length. So, I'm also looking for appropriate arrows to match the new bow. My trouble is, I'm...

Stumbled upon this cool website called Arrow Junkie the other day that sells everything strictly for building arrows. The owner was a super cool guy and said they are a pretty new website and don't have every brand stocked yet but has almost every Arrow brand and alot of good Arrow building...

Using a trophy ridge 5 spot quiver. Obviously not a great quiver. My arrows in my quiver would hit the ground on the nock and it was heavy. So, I replaced the beams with arrow shaft from a Victory RIP TKO 300. Cut down 3 ounces while making the quiver longer and suitable for my bow. The nocks no...

I've been shooting competitive for awhile now and i've gone through many different kinds of arrows. I don't think I'll ever go back to regular arrows though after shooting the Gold Tip 9.3's. What's everyone's thoughts on fat arrows versus skinny arrows, and which ones do you guys use?

I’m getting ready to fletch some arrows with AAE Hybrid 23s and I’ve found that I really like these vanes from past times that I’ve fletched arrows. But this time, I’m wanting to see what people find as the optimal distance from end of shaft. Also does length of vane make a difference for how...

I am thinking going to be doing a new set of arrows and looking into vanes to put on it. I want to do a low profile 4 fletch arrows. Not sure if I should do (2.7"L x 0.5" H) ones like the aae max stealth. Max pro which is (1.7" L x 0.46" H). Or like a combo of their hybrid ones. So 2 hybrid 1.85...

Was wanting your opinion on fetching set ups for my ultimate hunting arrow. I've never built my own arrows but looking to start, from the little research I've done i was thinking of a 3 fletch with aae hybrid at a 3 degree offset. What do you guys set yours up at? And why versus a different set...

Just as the title asks; what’s your choice for heavy broadheads (150+ grains)? I’ve been using a 125 grain QAD Exodus and I’m wanting to increase to a 150-200 grain head. Really interested in the Cut Throat single piece, single bevel broadheads but they won’t be available for a little while it...
