I am currently using 2in. 4degres Right-Offset Blazer Vanes with mechanical broadheads (rage hypodermic) and I have a Bowtech RPM 360 (DL 28.5" DW 58lbs).
I am now switching for fixed broadheads (G5 Striker) and I will be using the easton ST axis n fused.
I would like to know...
I have 3 helical vane clamps for the 6-arrow Jo Jan fletcher. These are new in wrappers.
I will sell for $30 tyd which is a savings of $18.
Or, I will trade for 3 straight clamps. They were out of the straight clamp set-ups when I ordered, so I bought 3 straight clamps from Amazon. I need 3 more.
So I went to the local BassPro today and picked up an Arizona EZ fletch Mini jig. Then to the local archery shop to grab a batch of 2" Blazer vanes. Followed by a trip to the home depot for denatured alcohol, 600 grit sandpaper, scotch brite pads, and Loctite UltraGel(which was amazing).
I've been using an Arizona EZ Fletch full size for my Blazer vanes. There's the new mini fletch for Blazers available. What do you guys think for those who use it? How does it affect arrow flight? The helical is more extreme than the full-sized arms.
